CLARKS LANDING YACHT CLUB

Last weekend we had the pleasure of working at Clarks Landing Yacht Club in Point Pleasant, NJ.

This venue receives 5 stars across the board! We vote Clarks Landing as one of the top wedding venues of 2010. Beautiful waterfront scenery, located right on the Manasquan River and marina. Clarks Landing had truly delicious seafood platters, a helpful and energetic staff, and surpassed all of our expectations! Thank you to everyone at Clarks Landing who helped make Angela & Peter's wedding so elegant!

THE RESULTS ARE IN. . .

Professional Photographers of America just held the judging of their annual print competition. This event is the largest professional competition in the country, leading the way for industry standards and expectations.

Randy and I both had two of our images merit. They will be on display in San Antonio, TX in January 2011 for the Professional Photographers of America's national convention. Randy's image of myself with the rose was chosen to be printed among the competition's elite images in the 2010 edition of the PPA Loan Collection as well as displayed in the traveling loan collection display. Such an honor!!! GO RANDY!

MARS SCHOOL

Last month we kicked off our wedding season by attending the Mid Atlantic Regional School of Professional Photography (MARS) school in Cape May, NJ. Randy and I spent the week studying under one of the top wedding photographers in the world, Tom Munoz from Florida.

Tom and his beautiful wife, Erika, are amazing people! We had a blast learning new techniques and rejuvenating our creativity.
